About ArchiZone.ie
ArchiZone.ie (“ArchiZone”, “we”, “us”) is an online directory where suppliers of construction, furniture, outdoor living, hospitality and sustainability products and services in Ireland can list their business, and visitors can find and contact them. By using www.archizone.ie you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You can browse ArchiZone.ie for free. You agree to use it lawfully and not to copy or scrape content in bulk without our written permission, interfere with the site or its security, post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful material, or use the site to send spam. Search engines may index the site in the normal way.
Member accounts
You need a member account (free to create) and an active plan to submit or manage a listing. You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you list.
Business listings
Listing your business needs an active paid plan. When you submit a listing it is reviewed before it appears on the site. We may approve, edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if it is incomplete, inaccurate, offensive or not relevant to our categories. We do not guarantee that a listing will be approved or how prominently it will be shown. If your plan ends, your listing is hidden until you renew. You can edit your listing at any time from My Listings, and you can ask us to remove it by emailing info@archizone.ie.
Claiming a listing
We may add a listing for a business ourselves, using publicly available business information such as the company name, address, website and contact details. If your business is listed this way, you can claim the listing, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it by emailing info@archizone.ie.
To claim a listing you need a member account and an active paid plan with a free listing slot. Press “Claim this listing” on the listing and we will review your request. You must be authorised to act for the business, and we may ask you for proof, for example an email address on the company’s own domain. We may approve or reject any claim at our discretion, and a claim only takes effect once we approve it.
When a claim is approved, the listing moves to your account and appears under My Listings. It counts towards the number of listings allowed by your plan and follows your plan’s features. If your plan ends, the listing is hidden until you renew. Claims that are false or made without authority will be rejected, and we may remove the listing or suspend the account concerned.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and links you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and promote Your Content on ArchiZone.ie, and to promote the site, for as long as your listing is live. You confirm that:
you own Your Content or have permission to use it;
it is accurate and not misleading;
it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law; and
it does not include personal data about other people without their permission.
Links and search engines
Your listing may link to your website. We decide how links are marked up, for example whether they carry a “nofollow” attribute, and we do not promise any search ranking, traffic or other benefit from being listed.
Dealings between users
ArchiZone is a directory. We are not a party to any agreement between a visitor and a supplier. We do not check the quality, price, availability or legality of what suppliers offer, and we do not endorse any listing. Please carry out your own checks before you buy or hire, and agree terms directly with the supplier. Any dispute is between you and that supplier.
Plans and payments
Listing your business needs a paid plan (Starter, Growth or Premium). Each plan has its own price, number of listings and features, shown on the List Your Business page and at checkout. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT (currently 23% in Ireland) is added at checkout where it applies. Plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and they renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Subscriptions in your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: the plan stays active until then and does not renew. Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except as set out in our Refund Policy (for example, if we charge you in error). We send a receipt, and an invoice where applicable, to the email address you used at checkout. We may change or withdraw features, and introduce new plans, with reasonable notice.
Our content and intellectual property
The ArchiZone name, logo, design and original text belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not reproduce our content except as the law allows or with our written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and everything on it is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any supplier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using ArchiZone.ie at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and remove your listings by emailing info@archizone.ie.
Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to use the courts of your own country.
